Tinker after being held by the SPCA for three months, and undergoing numerous surgeries. Tinker was returned to van Dongen.
Court affidavit:
A picture of Tinker at the clinic of one of the vets of the Society on February 9, 2004. The society had had her in custody for two months. She had numerous surgeries and treatments by that time.
