The newspaper who ran the ads told me that Palmer Jarvis DDB was hired by the Aquarium to produce them. But, I would have thought the Vancouver Aquarium would need to approve of anything submitted on their behalf. If you'll recall, Palmer Jarvis also did the SPCA TV ad campaign last year.
