I'm very sorry here, not for Angie but for Josie. I didn't want this result, but from her first post, I had a feeling that all information was not forthcoming.

I feel this justifies what I was trying to say in earlier posts. I am not a supporter of the SPCA, but for every bad or corrupt decision they make there are hundreds of irresponsible dog owners who put their dogs lives and the lives of those around them in jeopardy. I've always felt that at least in this one case the fault was not with the SPCA but with the Owner.

I say keep fighting to reform the SPCA but let's also remember that responsibility is first and foremost with the pet owner.
