I was contacted by an SPCA volunteer to come help a dog who was in the lethal grip of the SPCA.
The dog had growled at an employee who cornered him in his cell. The Manager then proceeded to do an 'assessment' on him as he lay curled up shaking trying to hide his face in the corner of the cement. This assessment included poking him with a Catch Pole through the bars.
He attacked the pole and was deemed aggressive.
I arrived and spent a very short time with the dog out in the yard before heading to the front office and saying I'd like to adopt him.
This dog who was deemed aggressive, who failed their test - was sold to me no questions asked.
I was told he was a Neutered, 4-5 year old CollieX
He was actually a INTACT 6-7 month old SalukiX.
The SPCA has proven itself over and over that they will sell any of their product to anyone with money.
