This part of his letter really concerns me:
"The Board of Directors has adopted a policy of not dealing with operational or staffing matters. Problems such as the one you have raised are now under the exclusive purview of the CEO, and so any investigation and action will have to be initiated by him."
So, it is totally up to Doug Brimacombe to decide whether to look into the allegations against the Salmon Arm manager, and then to further decide whether to take any action. What the he** good is having a Board of Directors if they cannot address such crucial concerns as this? I am really disgusted now!
