Do you see the danger in having this policy in place? Every concern AAS and others have raised about the BCSPCA is now in DB's hands! If it can be shown that each concern of ours is really a "staffing or employee" issue, then the BOD can do nothing! So, how many of the issues we're aware of can be falsely blamed on a few staff members, so as to make it impossible for the BOD to act upon them? How do we show that these problems are a policy issue not a staff one?
Or, am I off track here and ranting for nothing?
