What does BCSPCA form say?

"The SPCA denies any wrongdoing, saying the signover form clearly gives them the option of finding the incoming pet a home".

This is what is claimed from this SPCA. But what the policy here?

My understanding is that you don't need a reason to have your dog killed. If you pay your money, it is done. A transaction. FEE FOR SERVICE.

I asked this specifically at the Hamilton SPCA and they will destroy animals as long as the money is paid. And sometimes people bring in little puppies.

Giving reasons while paying for a dog to be destroyed is a little game that both parties are playing. The truth is that no reason is needed. Killing the animal doesn't have to be justified.
