The reason theses poor dogs are so scared is because they are in jail and have never had a chance to have a decent life. That does not mean that they deserve to die. It just means that whomever adopts them has to adjust their life to accommodate the special needs of these beautiful creatures.
I can't understand why this creep actually gets the chance to get the dogs back. Even if he does come up with the minimum to spring the dogs, how is he going to feed and house them? Maybe by selling more puppies? Gross!
