Billy had been dropped off at the New Westminster pound and he is only 3 weeks old. Not even old enough to be away from his mom he has to be bottle fed every 2 hours. Lucky for him the people at the New West Pound care about the dogs they look after and called us to make sure he got the individual attention he needs....
