Is the BC SPCA doing anything to control the backyard and protection dog-breeding industry? *LINK* *PIC*

AAS has been asking the BC SPCA to initiate breeding controls for years. We offered the SPCA our database of backyard and protection dog breeders: http://www.animaladvocates.com/breeders-database.htm, but the SPCA has never accepted our offer. The BC SPCA runs a huge, perhaps the largest in the world, dog disposal business (pound contracts) and second-hand pet sales centres, and these dogs are the source of that business.
