In Response To: One-eyed Billy, abandoned at age three weeks. Does anyone know what the BC SPCA is doing to control backyard breeding? Does the BC SPCA know? *LINK* *PIC* ()

He has thrown up twice but is perky and playful. He's getting fluids as well as milk and canned food. His poops are becoming solid and he is bringing some of the stuff in his chest up. He is very outgoing and has a feisty side and likes to chew.
