In Response To: Horses Die of Neglect in Dawson Creek: Ignored by SPCA ()
The BC SPCA always appears to be “gathering evidence” and is always claiming ignorance of the situation…and in the meantime more animals die.
It was the same story with the Topaz Creek dogs – it is well documented that the BC SPCA was aware of the Topaz Creek dogs for at least three years and chose to sit back and let a small rescue group do the work.
The BC SPCA has yet to live up to their name or mandate – preventing cruelty to animals.
