To the best of my knowledge, Bo Derek stopped breeding horses prior to the publication of her book in 2001. I understand that her reasons are detailed in her book, as she had come to realize the problem. We didn't get a chance to discuss this, as the press conference was our biggest priority. In any case, we were grateful to have her assistance to launch this campaign for the protection of horses. It does put the campaign on the map.
