Is the SPCA ever going to get it right???
An animal welfare society is not to protect the public from animals, IT IS TO PROTECT ANIMALS FROM THE PUBLIC !!!
I can not say the real truth of what should be done about dangerous animals, because it could not be posted, but I can say this much;
If there is any punishment to be handed out, it should be directed to those, WHO CAUSED the animals to be dangerous.
