I would ask that you go to the Voice for Animals Humane Society website. This is a site dedicated to abandoned dogs on reserves and click on Dog Matters. You will be directed to a website that deals specifically with the plight of reserve dogs. I urge you to click on the Photo Album and scroll down to the picture that says "Some people think it's fun to poke out the dogseyes. Some children on Reserves will do this - is it any wonder that the dogs will sometimes turn on the children and maul them?" The pictures there seem to speak for themselves.
