Summerlee Foundation will get its money's worth with Big Heart Rescue

In 2004, the BC SPCA was granted $23,000 from the Summerlee Foundation. What did the Foundation get for its money? The SPCA paid Native lawyer and animal-lover, Linda Locke, to write a report for an amount of money that has not been revealed.
