Congratulations to Gail and to all of BHR, as well as to the funding groups.
BHR is leading the way in showing what can be done with this spay/neuter initiative.
Animals will truly get the medical care they need and many unwanted lives will be prevented.
This is exactly what is needed, not more studies, more papers and so on.
