It is not just Animal Advocates that knows that the SPCA is too frequently a worse place than where the SPCA seized animals from for cruelty. We are not the only ones who know that the SPCA too frequently kills dogs it has seized for spurious reason, after ignoring or refusing offers from rescue groups to take dogs and shoulder all the bills.
