Because the SPCA is illegally not producing audited statements, no one will know how much money it put into the shuffle-mobile.
If any real animal welfarist had the SPCA's money, it would take province-wide s/n first and product distribution only after a few spay/neuter vans were on the road. The SPCA should at least provide low-cost spay/neuter to poor people, but it doesn't even do that. If that isn't proof enough to convince you that the SPCA's priorities are animal marketing, not animal welfare, nothing will.
