Amanda Muir is the ex-SPCA employee who helped to rescue the pup Cheech from the Delta SPCA to prevent it from killing him. Before SPCA CEO Craig Daniell installed Michelle Rodgers as manager of the Delta SPCA, Amanada and some other decent employees made the Delta SPCA closer to no-kill than any other SPCA in BC. Now that the SPCA has got rid of the compassionate employees and volunteers at the Delta SPCA, dogs like Tina are out of luck. Read more here....)
