I know many people in the horse rescue world who openly and blatantly speak of breeding their 'babies', and all the while they are aware of and agree with slaughtering the 'excess' horses.

Once again, we see how many humans believe they have the right to do with any living, breathing, feeling creature, as they wish - even to the point of annihilating those they no longer want to care for.

In my opinion, this is the epitome of arrogance and ignorance.
