What happens to the score sheets? I bet it's somebody's PhD thesis for which they get SPCA funding as well as grant money. Do completed sheets go to Head Office, so the boss decides who stays and who goes? There have to be written directions on this. The scoring system could be changed to adapt to the numbers of dogs that they want to get rid of. One week, it could be two "failing" marks- you're out and another 5 "failing" marks- you're out. If they are tests, as they keep saying, the purposes is evaluation.
