I have read the messages on the subject of the SPCA's dog behaviour test and I have to agree that any test can be used or misused so it hardly matters what the test is but I'd like to see what other dog training experts have to say about it.

It's more about the INTENT of the SPCA and if they are just using the test as has been said, to get rid of all the dogs that are hard to handle in a shelter. So any test can be used by them and the result would be the same because the test isn't about dogs it's about them. Still, I think this question needs some other tests from recognized experts to compare with.
