Here's an interesting comment: Mayor Diane Watts says the Surrey SPCA is no kill

Perhaps Mayor Diane Watts would like to comment? She can remind the media of what she told animal activist Roslyn Cassells, in a June 24th email: 'We also have a no kill policy at our City Pound. I can categorically say that I do not believe in the killing of animals. Euthaniztion should only be used for sick or extremely injured animals.'

This seems an odd thing to say, coming from a person who can't help but know that her city pays the SPCA to be the city pound and to kill certain dogs.
