Rest assured, the President herself thinks its okay to not bother with this test. She is in the company of most SPCA employees. That could mean that the infamous, "highly scientific" dog assessment test is going to go the way of the Dodo. Did anyone believe this test would ever be embraced? It's too bad though that so many dogs were sacrificed to the directing minds and egos at the BC SPCA. One famously escaped - our dear Cheech!
