AAS was sent the above information about Mister on Tuesday afternoon and immediately began putting out appeals for him. By Friday, one of our supporters was willing to adopt him and phoned the Vancouver SPCA. She was told that he had kennel cough and was no longer in (what the SPCA misleadingly calls) the "adoption" side. We can only assume that he was in the SPCA clinic across the parking lot from the SPCA pound. Yesterday she was told that he had been brought back to the impound building and had died in his sleep.
