The BC SPCA prides itself on being an "Animal Welfare Agency" which implies a high level of caring for the well-being and health of an animal.
Where was this caring for "Mister"?
Why was he simply allowed to die of what the SPCA termed "natural causes"?
To be adoptable one day and dead within the same week does not in my opinion show caring at all, particularily in light of someone wanting to adopt him.
The level of care that may have been available after adoption may have made a huge difference but we and "Mister" will never know.
