Is the SPCA in Prince Rupert offering free vaccination programs for the neediest dogs of this community? *LINK* *PIC*

I must agree with Dr. Kenney, in that "Parvo is a treatable disease" and if vaccinations are provided, dogs/puppies will be almost be 100% immune. As President of Big Heart Rescue, a non-profit organization which has dealt with far too many dogs/puppies with Parvo who live on First Nations lands in remote communities in British Columbia, this horrific disease can be eradicated if only vaccinations are available to those who cannot afford it or provided by animal welfare organizations, such as Big Heart Rescue, where there is a lack of vets to supply the vaccinations.

Big Heart Rescue has not had to euthanize any dog or puppy that has come into our care with Parvo (see attached pictures of two) and our Society has held vaccination clinics in both Bella Bella and Shearwater with the small community of Klemtu to be added soon.

Is the SPCA in Prince Rupert offering free vaccination programs for the neediest dogs of this community? If not, why not? This initiative certainly would prevent the slow and agonizing deaths of canines who are positive for Parvo and prevent transmission to those most vulnerable.

SPCA sterilization programs - how effective?
Dog boarding by an animal welfare society is very questionable
The animals waiting to get into any BC SPCA facility should take precedence
