Great Story! Well done CTV. Let's hope lots of people saw it and will think twice about animal welfare in this province.

I wish someone would take the ball and run with it and have continued coverage on dogs just like Finnegan - we all know of them - there wouldn't be a shortage of stories to tell.

I hope the tears from Jim's eyes will make people that know of dogs like Finnegan and pick the phone up AGAIN...and AGAIN..and AGAIN to get help for the dog and DEMAND the SPCA do their job - and while they are at it - call CTV and let them know. I'd hate to be in Jim's shoes right now beating himself up every day for not doing more.
