THANK YOU and bless you for airing this story. We know there are hundreds and perhaps several thousand British Columbians with stories just as heart-breaking as Jim's story about Finnegan. Please consider asking your viewers to write to you with their SPCA horror stories - I can't wait to share ours. The SPCA certainly didn't care when we tried to share it with them, assuming that they could ignore the wrath of individual citizens.
