I hope a coroner's investigation looks into all the chances the SPCA had for so many years to do something

I sincerely hope there will be a coroner's investigation and report into this terrible tragedy for the woman, her children and the tigers who have to spend their lives in small cages.

I question that the SPCA couldn't find anywhere to send these animals and that is why they didn't seize them since I just Googled tiger sanctuary and got over one million sites. The SPCA has known about the way Carlton kept these magnificent beasts (in Abbotsford he kept one of them under a porch and everyone knew it including the Mayor of Abbotsford, so the SPCA must have too).

I hope a coroner's investigation looks into all the chances the SPCA had for so many years to do something.
