AAS is running this ad in local papers from the North Shore to Chilliwack. We will add the reports we get to our Puppy Trafficking Data Base.

Our data base of puppy traffickers is the only one in Canada, perhaps in North America. It contains the classified ads for thousands of puppy millers, back yard breeders, brokers, and home retailers - a huge, unregulated industry worth million in unreported income where the "product" is pups and their misery is mostly hidden in barns, sheds, outdoor kennels, crates, basements, and yes, closets.

Except in North Vancouver, there are no pet store regulations (see: http://www.animaladvocates.com/DNV-Pet-Store-Bylaw.pdf.) And nowhere are there any controls on breeding, selling, and reselling. Nothing is being done by the SPCA. In fact some SPCA employees are trafficking in puppies, breeding and selling pups while killing excess dogs that are in their "shelters".
