Who first used the word "puppymill" in this BC trial? Was it the BC SPCA? Or was it Crown? If Crown, then who told Crown that the Materi's breeding facility was a puppymill?

BC Povincial Court may be a superior court to the small claims court in Ontario in which Lorie Dixon's case was heard.

Did Lorie Dixon's lawyer use this judgment in a BC court as precedent? After all, the conditions a BC judge found to be a puppymill, were far superior to the conditions that have been described at Paws-R-Us.

Photo of some of the dogs, taken by SPCA while seizing them and many other animals from Alan Materi and Gail Collingwood. The SPCA's seizure resulted in Alan Materi being charged and convicted of "cruelty". If this is a puppymill, then surely Paws-R-Us is.
