Upon researching the "chained dog syndrom", I am totally abhored by what this can do to an animal. I think animals should be treated in much the same manner as what humans are treated, and we all know what this would do to a human. Put yourself in the animals shoes that day in & day out are tied with nothing to do....what do you think you would do???
Please, let's put a stop to this inhumane treatment of animals & enforce a by-law to protect them against people that have no time of day for an animal (so why do they even have one is what i'd like to know), so we don't have an instance of, perhaps a child being hurt!!
