AAS - thank you for your great post. No matter what they call the problem: aggressive, naughty, bad-mannered, even viscious, the animal is blamed. And often killed. I apologize if this sounds extreme, but I wish society would consider putting the bad owners down instead of the innocent critters. (I guess I'm only venting here).
