I told the Vernon SPCA about this guy several times but they never did anything that I know of. They said no law was being broken, so what law is being broken now? They told me that there is no law against how he was breeding, so why isn't there is what I want to know? What the hell is the SPCA for if it isn't interested in preventing cruelty? they just brushed me off and were rude when I kept phoning to tell them I thought the pups looked wormy. What use is the SPCA anyway, there should have been a law long ago. This area up here is crawling with puppy mills but it doesn't do the least bit of good to tell the SPCA about them, they just blow you off with "there's no law" and make you feel that your the problem, not the people keeping dogs in tiny cages all covered in filth! I've seen some of the places that are on your web site and others that are just as bad. this has been going on for many, many years and the SPCA (at least the Vernon one) didn't give a rats ass!
