Thank you for your note. We have been made aware of the situation in your area by a number of parties.

While selecting a site suitable for a national conference, we did attempt to ascertain the local climate toward animals, but at the time were informed of nothing inhospitable.

There is no need to boycott the conference - we have postponed it and relocated it to Windsor, ON in May of 2005. We hope you will join us then.
