You bet she will show up! How often have we read the words "self-serving" as opposed to "animal- serving", "secrecy and unbroken silence", rather than "honesty,integrity and transparency"?

Unfortunately, I believe the number of registrants who will attend to listen to her presentation will not be affected by the very recent and widespread media coverage of the BCSPCA chaos and drama regarding Cheech. Nor will they connect the dots in order to experience the "lightbulb" moment of realization that Cheech is only one dog, in one SPCA facility throughout the province.

Cheech was saved. Too many dogs without a knowledgeable, dedicated and brave individual to rescue them,die exactly as you described,by someone who will "use a needle with euthanol on dogs who've passed assessments tests". The high end conference agenda will take place as planned. The "CAMP Scientists" will have their hour of fame.

I do not enjoy feeling outraged,resentful and sickened. I honestly hope that someone or something will prove me to be wrong.
