what about the SPCA going after the backyard breeders so that they don't have to kill animals??? If the SPCA truly cares about dogs and their welfare, and the massive overcrowding of shelters like Surrey and Prince George...why not push for breeding by-laws and closing down backyard breeding???

This is awful not to be proactive...taking a life is big thing and to continue to do it without trying to stop all this overbreeding is downright unethical.
