Lorie Chortyk is the SPCA's P.R. spinmistress, who insulted and defamed Delta councillors by implying in the media that Delta did not care about dangerous dogs attacking its children.

The idiot mishandling of the Cheech P.R. had probably already had sealed the SPCA's fate in Delta, but Chortyk's further P.R. blunder iced the cake.

We wonder how much Ms Chortyk is paid to do such a stellar job of P.R.
