I volunteer at the Vancouver Branch walking dogs, and have to say Kim M is wonderful and has done so much for the dogs there. She enlisted myself and other volunteers to help in remidiation of some dogs and has had great success. I also have to say that the entire front line staff and the Vancouver Branch is filled with Animal Lovers and true animal advocates, and is the reason I feel good about volunteering for the SPCA, despite many of the politics "behind the scenes". So I have to say a hat's-off to Janna, Ally, Kerri, Mary-Louise, Christine and Nicky. They truly want what is best for the animals,and there isn't a day that I go in that one of them is'nt fusing over some dog or cat, or doing their due dilligence finding the best possible home. They all foster and work with special needs animals and put in time well after their shift is over. They are the heart of that branch and the animals are blessed to have them.
