That is a perfect letter Michele - it says it all! But BC TV has been the SPCA's willing handmaiden for years and it will do what the SPCA wants it to do. It is one of the SPCA's biggest promoters. But if the SPCA itself wants BCTV to do a story like the one you suggest, it will. So send your letter to the BC SPCA and ask it to have BC TV to a REAL story.
