The B.C. SPCA did something like this back in 2000, they called it their "Community Consultation"

"Many large organizations who proudly use "best practises" have adopted a survey style questionnaire on consumer satisfaction which allows these organizations to review what they are doing well, not so well and what is in need of improvement."

The B.C. SPCA did something like this back in 2000, they called it their "Community Consultation". I read it with great interest only to discover much of what was in this report were recommendations branch staff, volunteers and local board member had been telling the provincial board and head office staff for years.

It was also VERY interesting to see this report included recommendations I'd seen years earlier in B.C. SPCA head office and board documents which really makes me wonder just how much of the content of B.C. SPCA's Community Consultation and Strategic Plan came from the public.

Can the B.C. SPCA be trusted to disclose the truth if they were to do surveys?
