My friend in Abbotsford has contacted me about a female dog that is kept
outside in a cage and she thinks the dog is used only for breeding. I have
sent you our e mails so that you can read the details and I am waiting for
an e mail from the lady who lives next door to the dog. I am going to try to
go there tomorrow and take pictures and video the dog. The SPCA has done nothing.
