Could such use of monies be classed as fraudulent??!!
In Response To: Keep that WatchDog barking! ()

I have had words with and about Jean Martin because she has made some statements in the past without having all the facts.

Her posting on the above issue ( WatchDog ) however, in my opinion, speaks so truly of the senseless bungling the BCSPCA has been in the past, and is now engaged in, that I must commend her. WELL DONE, Jean.

As had been my experience, while being chairman of the CAC, Head Office has, to say the least, ignored, or arrogantly disregarded well meaning, constructive criticism. (The main reason for my resignation.)

And now, I understand, they are launching a legal action against a society, which has only the animals at heart, and has been and is attempting to put forward constructive criticism.

I can not believe the SPCA is going to spend great sums of money on such legal proceedings. This would be money they have received from the public, donated for nothing else but the welfare of the animals.

Could such use of monies be classed as fraudulent??!!

When the public finds out that the SPCA is using their money to sue AAS, there will be a backlash that it has never experienced before
Craig Daniell said he would not spend animals' money on suing AAS
According to the mandate of the BCSPCA Board of Directors, regardless of what Mr. Daniell says or thinks, HE is not the ultimate authority in regard to a lawsuit
