Animal Advocates Watchdog

This infuriates me

This infuriates me. A puppy is a HUGE amount of work and people must be made to understand that if adopting a puppy, they need to be given a lot of attention; not only do they need some kind of obedience training, but also stimulation. Classes for young dogs are popping up all over that includes agility, games and tricks for dogs. No ONE should be adopting a puppy unless considering spending a good deal of time teaching puppy as well as giving the puppy something to do..NOT crating the pup. The reason that pup was all over everyone my guess is that, that the pup was not being given enough stimulation and was desperately searching for something to do.

The SPCA, an organization that is supposed to be about animal welfare, should absolutely be making sure that when adopting out a puppy, people are fully made to understand the responsibility of having a puppy. Otherwise, the puppy comes back to the SPCA, wired, untrained and unadoptable.

This poor dog has so ended up in the wrong hands..how often has this happened and how could the SPCA be so damn careless????
