Two questions: Is the SPCA no kill and what should be done with feral cats?

I hope you don't mind a question, but I have a friend who volunteers at the Cranbrook SPCA and she says that the SPCA is no kill and that all feral cats ought to be killed. Can you tell me if the SPCA is no kill? And what do you think should be done with feral cats?
