The SPCA is having to get sneakier and sneakier to try to avoid the rescue networkers, all of whom would have taken a lively interest in the disposition of the animals and would have posted everything the SPCA did with them.

If the rescue network had known, it would have offered to save any dogs the SPCA decided to kill. Good work SPCA! You out-foxed all those bleeding-heart dog rescuers.
