"B.A.R.K.S.
And Big Dog Rescue now proudly introduces B.A.R.K.S. (BigDog Animal Rehabilitation and "Kritter" Sanctuary). What is this new program? B.A.R.K.S. has been set up to help with the plight of senior dogs who have been abandoned in their old age by their "families." We''ve readied our cariboo facility to give these wonderful old dogs a place to retire with dignity. They have acres to roam, a lake to swim in, and lots of love and attention, and no worries about being put down because they have grey on their muzzles. How is this being funded? In part by the adoption fees of the younger dogs, and by the Save a Senior program. For a $50 or $25 a month, you can be a full or partial sponsor of a senior dog, and receive full updates, photos, and the satisfaction of knowing you are helping to save a senior dog. For more information on this program, please email us at BigDogRescueBC@yahoo.ca
