"where it is needed most"

I would like to know what the current management of the BC SPCA considers what is "where it is needed most" as there are no answers from the BC SPCA. Like everyone we know, the SPCA is held in a high degree of suspicion because of the revelations of huge salaries. We cannot find out what specifically everyone is being paid. Shouldn't that be posted on the SPCA web site? Im afraid that things are not substantially different since Lorie Chortyk told the Georgia Straight that the salaries are public information and then refused to say what they are.
